MGM COLLEGE, DIMAPUR CELEBRATES ITS FIRST FRESHERS DAY

The MGM COLLEGE , DIMAPUR, NAGALAND had the privilege to celebrate its very first freshers day cum inaugural day with the first batch of the college on the 17th August 2017.The function was adorned by the gracious presence of His Grace Dr.Joseph Mar Dionysius, Manager Bishop, Very Rev. Geevarghese Ramban, Rev.Fr. Joshi Varghese, Rev. Fr. Aju Varghese, Dr. Manoj Prabhakar, Rev. Fr. Shibu Varghese, the governing body of St. Thomas Mission Society, MGM Church members, Rank Holders and Toppers of MGM High school and Hr. Sec.school and all the staff and faculty members of the institution.

A welcome speech was given by the principal Rev. Fr. Shibu Varghese.The presidential address was delivered by His Grace Dr. Joseph Mar Dionysius. Very Rev. Geevarghese Ramaban, Dr. Manoj Prabhakar & Rev. Fr. Joshi Varghese gave feliciation messages.The College offers B.A. in English (Honours), Education (Honours), Political Science (Honours) and Sociology (Honours).

High school and Higher secondary Rank holders and toppers of MGM H.S. School, Dimapur were also felicitated along with the teachers. Finally the programme ended with the vote of thanks by the Vice Principal Mrs. Durga Malakar . The programme was compered by Dr. Joseph and Ms. Washimongla Jamir , both faculties of the college.
